China's auction house Beijing Poly Auction will be holding an exhibition in Shanghai on Friday and Saturday as part of activities celebrating its 15th anniversary.

The Shanghai exhibition will display artworks from masters such as Wu Bin, a Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) landscape painter; and Qi Baishi and Li Keran, two significant painters in 20th century Chinese art history. A highlight of the exhibition is Wu's remarkable Chinese ink painting Ten Views of a Lingbi Stone, a Ming Dynasty handscroll depicting 10 separate views of a single stone from the well-known site of Lingbi in East China's Anhui Province.

The exhibition will also be held in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong Province.

Additionally, an anniversary auction event will be held in Beijing from October 15 to 20. Embraces two main themes, Homage and Collection, the auction will have nearly 30 sections, including eight major sections that will see items such as ancient Chinese calligraphy works and paintings, modern and contemporary Chinese artworks, and jewelry go under the hammer.
